This delicious spinach tomato salad is loaded with heart-healthy
nutrients. The spinach provides nearly 20 percent of the daily
recommended allowance of dietary fiber, helping to maintain low blood
sugar. Spinach also lowers blood pressure, which could help prevent strokes, heart attack and other potentially life-threatening heart problems. The antioxidant rich tomatoes help lower high cholesterol levels. While the cashews add a delicious, rich taste and are a healthier nut than most containing the same heart-healthy monounsaturated fat found in olive oil.
